These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the agreement between QUEUE TIME Co., Ltd. ("Company") and stores utilizing the Company's internet-based service "QUEUE TIME" ("Service").
Article 1 (Service Overview)
1. The Company will provide the following "QUEUE TIME" services ("Service") to stores in accordance with these Terms. The Service refers to a queue management system that allows users to check the current queue status via the internet.
Article 2 (Application by Stores)
1. By completing the application process through the designated form, stores are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 3 (Requirements for Service Provision)
1. Stores must meet the following requirements to use the Service:
Article 4 (Service Fees)
1. The Service fees and payment terms will be based on the fee schedule separately determined by the Company.
- If the Service fee changes during the usage period, the fee applicable at the time the fee is incurred will apply (excluding promotional discounts).
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. In the event of any malfunction in the Service, the Company will promptly and sincerely work to restore the Service.
2. The Company does not provide refunds or compensation for malfunctions.
3. In the event of a dispute arising between the user and a third party regarding the Service, the user shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and the Company assumes no liability.
Article 6 (Termination of Service)
1. Termination must be requested at least one month in advance. The system will be deactivated starting from the 1st day of the month following the termination request.
2. Initial and renewal fees are non-refundable.
3. Any prepaid monthly fees will be refunded (calculated on a monthly basis, not prorated). Refunds will be provided based on full months only.
